  • How long does the delivery take?
    Off Peak Season delivery time is 1-2 working days upon pick up from us, Peak Season may take up to 3-5 working days unless any incidents occur with the courier service. Working days do not include Sat, Sun & PH.
  • Do you send us a tracking number once dispatched?
    Tracking numbers will be provided via email.
  • Can I change delivery address after I confirmed the address?
    Unfortunately, once the delivery address has been confirmed, it can’t be changed.
  • Can I pick up the printing job from your office?
    Unfortunately, PICK UP service is not available.
  • How do I place the order?
    You can use our online order system to upload your artwork and confirm the order..
  • How long does it take for me to get an artwork proof?
    For online order, our team will email electronic proof for you to confirm prior to the production.
  • Do you do sample printing?
    All products are not available with sample printing service. However, you may request for smallest quantity order if you need to print small lots before the large orders.
  • Can I request changes after placing an order?
    We are unable to allow you to make any change after you place the order.
  • How can I track my order?
    We will send you the tracking link to track the order once the order has been pick up from the courier.
  • What if I am not satisfied with my order?
    We are trying our best to provide you high quality product and service. If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact support.sg@photobookjoy.com. We will help you solve the issue. You may also refer to our return policy for more details.
  • Can I request to post the order directly to my friend or relative?
    Yes. Please specify your friend or relative's address and contact number when you fill up the delivery information while placing order.
  • What kinds of payment method do you provide?
    We uses Paynow as the default payment method.
  • I just changed my mind. Can I request a refund of job I already approved?
    Once you have submitted an order on our site, confirmed the details of your order or artwork proof, and your payment is processed, you will not be permitted to cancel your order at any time.
  • How can I sign up a free Photobookjoy Account?
    Creating a Photobookjoy account is easy. Just provide your name and email address, choose a password, accept our term of use by check the box in front of it, and click "Sign up".
  • What can I do if I forget my account password.
    In our Sign in page, you may find "Forget your Password" portion below the sign in box. You may follow the instruction to reset your password.
